Dr. Yvonne Kiernan grew up in New Jersey, where she discovered her love of dentistry through her first job as a dental assistant and later a career in dental hygiene. Always eager to enhance her knowledge of dentistry, Dr. Kiernan decided to return to school and graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She then attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2017.
Dr. Kiernan went on to complete a one-year General Practice Residency at the Lyons VA Hospital, where she advanced her training in many facets of general dentistry. Dr. Kiernan found it especially rewarding to work with our nation’s Veterans.
